33^rd Annual Meeting

This year's conference is intended for practitioners, mental health professionals, and researchers of ECT and related stimulation techniques. A poster session will allow for the most recent research in ECT and other brain stimulation modalities to be presented. The information presented in this CME offering reflects the opinion of the presenters. As with all science, there may be multiple explanations for the data and multiple reasonable conclusions.

All registrants will receive a unique QR code via email around 5am ET on the day of the event. This QR code will need to be scanned at the security turnstiles located at the 601 Lexington Avenue entrance. This email will come from noreply@angusanywhere.com. You may find it in a junk or spam folder.

Once through the turnstiles, guests should take the down escalator to the lower level. The elevator lobby, on your right, will be divided into “evens & odds” options. Guests should choose the “evens” option, which is the first on the right. etc.venues is located on the 14th floor.

If you do not receive the QR code email, please proceed to the security desk at the 601 Lexington Avenue entrance to show a valid ID.

Guest QR codes will be valid only for the duration of the day. Those registered for both the ECT Course and Annual Meeting events will need to use the QR code received on the date corresponding with each event.

The ECT Certificate Course and 33rd Annual Meeting are being offered exclusively as in-person events. Video recordings of the Annual Meeting event will be made available to registrants approximately one week after the event. Please note, however, continuing education credits can only be claimed for sessions attended in-person. The ECT Certificate Course will not be recorded.

All event registrants will have access to program information, including slide sets received from speakers in advance of the course or meeting, via a password-protected page on the ISEN website.

A refund of the registration fee, less an $85 processing fee, will be made when an email written request followed by an email-written confirmation is received two weeks prior to the event start date. After this time, refunds cannot be made. Fees will not be refunded for failure to participate. The sponsors of the course reserve the right to cancel or postpone any conference because of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In the event of such cancellations, full tuition will be refunded. ISEN reserves the right to refuse registration, or refund registration fees, to any person whose presence has the potential to be disruptive and/or not consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.

The ISEN is pleased to offer Trainee Travel Award Scholarships to eligible attendees who demonstrate interest in the field of neuromodulation. The travel awards offer an opportunity to attend an outstanding scientific program and interact with internationally distinguished researchers and scientists in the field of ECT and neuromodulation. This award can be used to request reimbursement for travel costs associated with attending the Annual Meeting, including airfare, hotel, and ground transportation.
